This data protection notice relates exclusively to our website. If you are redirected to the websites of other providers via hyperlinks, you should get information from these sites about how your data is handled.

3. Information about the collection of personal data
3.1. Personal data is any data that makes personal reference to you, e.g. your name, address, e-mail address or user behaviour.
3.2. When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, we will store the data you provide (your e-mail address, name and telephone number, if applicable) in order to answer your questions. We delete the data collected in this regard after storage is no longer necessary or restrict processing if there are statutory retention obligations.
3.3. If we use commissioned service providers for individual functions of our offering or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes below. In doing so, we also state the specified criteria for the storage period.

4.2. Equally, you have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.
5. Collection of personal data when visiting our website
5.1. In the case of mere informational use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (the legal basis for this is Article 6(1) sentence 1 f) GDPR):
- IP address

- Content of the request (“specific page”)
- Access status/HTTP status code
- data volume transferred in each case
- Website from which the request originates
- Operating system and its interface
- Language and version of the browser software
5.2. In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive specific to the browser you are using and which provide the party setting the cookie (in this case, us) with certain information. Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the website as a whole more user-friendly and effective.
This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and functionality of which are explained below:
› Transient cookies (see section 5.3.1 below)
› Persistent cookies (see section 5.3.2 below)
5.3.1. Transient cookies are deleted automatically, if you close the browser. In particular, they include the session cookies. They save a so-called session ID, with which various requests of your browser can be assigned to the common session. This will allow your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. The session cookies are deleted when you log out or close the browser.
5.3.2. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a predefined period of time, which may differ depending on the cookie. You can delete the cookies in the security settings of your browser at any time.
5.4. You can configure your browser settings according to your preferences and, for example, refuse to accept third-party cookies or all cookies. We would like to point out that you may not be able to use all the functions of this website.
6. Objection against or revocation of the processing of your data
6.1. If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can revoke this consent at any time. Such a revocation will affect the permissibility of the processing of your personal data after you have expressed it to us.
6.2. Insofar as we base the processing of your personal data on the balance of interests, you may object to the processing. This is the case if the processing is not necessary, in particular, for the performance of a contract with you, which is shown by us in each case in the following description of the functions. When exercising such an objection, we will ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will examine the merits of the case and either discontinue or adapt the data processing or show you our compelling legitimate grounds on the basis of which we will continue the processing.
6.3. Of course, you can object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of advertising and data analysis at any time. You can inform us of your advertising objection using the following contact details: Porus GmbH, Creative Campus Monheim, Alfred-Nobel-Straße 10, 40789 Monheim, firstname.lastname@example.org.
7. Other functions and offers on our website
7.1. In addition to the purely informational use of our website, we offer various services that you can use if you are interested. This usually requires you to provide further personal data which we use to provide the relevant service and to which the aforementioned data processing principles apply.
7.2. In some cases, we use external service providers to process your data. They have been carefully selected and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions and are regularly inspected.
7.3. Insofar as our service providers or partners are based in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we will inform you of the consequences of this circumstance in the description of the offer.
8. Use of Google Analytics
8.1. This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”; these are text files which are stored on your computer to analyse the way you use the website. The information about the way you use this website created by the cookie is usually sent to and stored on a Google server in the USA. If the IP anonymisation is activated on this website, Google will first truncate your IP address in Member States of the European Union or in other state parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional circumstances will the full IP address be sent to and truncated on a Google server in the USA. Google uses this information on behalf of the website operator to evaluate the way you use the website, to collate reports on website activities and to provide the website operator other services related to website and Internet use.
8.2. The IP address sent by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data held by Google.
8.3. You can prevent the storage of cookies by configuring your browser software accordingly; we would however like to point out that, in this case, you may probably not be able to fully use all functions of this website. You can also prevent the data (including your IP address) relating to your use of the website which is captured by the cookie being sent to or processed by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in from the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
8.4. This website uses Google Analytics with the “_anonymizeIp()” extension. This means that IP addresses are processed in abbreviated form, which means that they cannot be traced back to a specific person. Insofar as the data collected about you has a personal reference, this is therefore immediately excluded and the personal data is thus immediately deleted.
8.5. We use Google Analytics to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. We can use the statistics obtained to improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google is subject to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for using Google Analytics is Article 6(1) sentence 1 f) GDPR.
8.7. This website also uses Google Analytics for a cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is carried out via a user ID. You can deactivate the cross-device analysis of your usage in your customer account under “My data”, “Personal data”.
9. Integration of YouTube videos
9.1. We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offer, which are stored on http://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website. These are all integrated in “extended data protection mode”, i.e. no data about you as a user is transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos will the data mentioned in paragraph 2 be transmitted. We have no influence on this data transmission.
9.2. By visiting the website YouTube receives information about which sub-pages of our website you access. In addition, the data mentioned under point 5 of this declaration will be transmitted. This happens irrespectively of whether you are logged into a YouTube user account or not. If you are logged into a Google account, your data will automatically be linked to that account. If you do not want the data to be assigned to your YouTube profile, you have to log out of your account before you click the button. YouTube saves your data as a user profile and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or user-friendly design of its website. Such evaluations are performed, in particular (even when the user is not logged in) to provide user-oriented advertising and inform other social network users of your activities on our website. You have the right to object to profiling. To exercise it you have to contact YouTube.
10. Use of Google AdWords Conversion
10.1. We use the Google AdWords service to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertisements (so-called Google AdWords). We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data of the advertising campaigns. In doing so, we pursue the interest of showing you advertising that is of interest to you, of making our website more interesting for you and of achieving a fair calculation of advertising costs.
10.2. These advertisements are delivered by Google via so-called “ad servers”. For this purpose, we use ad server cookies, through which certain parameters for measuring success, such as display of the ads or clicks by users, can be measured. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google AdWords will store a cookie on your PC. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not intended to identify you personally. The unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions) and opt-out information (marking that the user no longer wishes to be addressed) are usually stored as analysis values for this cookie.
10.3. These cookies enable Google to recognise your internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of an AdWords client’s website and the cookie stored on their computer has not yet expired, Google and the client can recognise that the user has clicked on the advertisement and been redirected to this website. A different cookie is assigned to each AdWords client. This means that cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. We ourselves do not collect and process any personal data in the aforementioned advertising campaigns. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. Based on these evaluations, we can see which of the advertising campaigns used are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data from the use of the advertisements; in particular, we cannot identify the users on the basis of this information.
10.4. Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google’s server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge: Through the integration of AdWords Conversion, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an advertisement from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with or have not logged into Google, it is possible that the provider will obtain and store your IP address.
10.5. You can prevent participation in this tracking process in various ways:
a) by setting your browser software accordingly, the suppression of third-party cookies, in particular, will result in you not receiving ads from third-party providers;
b) by disabling cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain “www.googleadservices.com”, https://www.google.de/settings/ads, with this setting being deleted when you delete your cookies;
c) by disabling the interest-based ads of the providers that are part of the self-regulatory campaign “About Ads” via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, with this setting being deleted when you delete your cookies; d) by permanently disabling them in your Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome browsers at the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. Please note that in this case you may not be able to use the full functionality of this offering.
10.6. The legal basis for the processing of your data is Article 6(1) sentence 1 f) GDPR. Further information on data protection at Google can be found here: http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy and https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html. Alternatively, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) website at http://www.networkadvertising.org. Google Privacy Shield-certified, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
11. Use of Facebook Custom Audiences
11.1. Furthermore, the website uses the “Custom Audiences” remarketing function of Facebook Inc. (“Facebook”). This allows users of the website to be shown interest-based advertisements (“Facebook ads”) when visiting the social network Facebook or other websites that also use the system. In doing so, we pursue the interest of showing you advertising that is of interest to you, in order to make our website more interesting for you.
11.2. Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Facebook’s server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Facebook through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge: Through the integration of Facebook Custom Audiences, Facebook receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding web page of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Facebook service, Facebook can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with or have not logged into Facebook, it is possible that the provider will obtain and store your IP address and other identifying attributes.
11.3. Deactivating the “Facebook Custom Audiences” function is possible for logged-in users at https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads#_.
11.4. The legal basis for the processing of your data is Article 6(1) sentence 1 f) GDPR. For more information on data processing by Facebook, please visit https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy.
